Jean Wells and Kyle Hendrix talk with Radar Hess of 99.1 The Mix about the Tour!

Join us on September 30th and October 1st as we venture behind the scenes with two exceptional artists, Jean Wells, the founder of the tour, and local artist Kyle Hendrix. They chat with Radar Hess about what you might experience when you visit studios for free during this year's MKE Studio Tour.

Meet Jean Wells:

Jean Wells, the visionary co-founder of the MKE Studio Tour, is no stranger to the world of fine craft. Milwaukee potter for over 30 years, her passion for nurturing the craft community has been the driving force behind this event. When you visit studios on the tour, you'll have the unique opportunity to gain insights directly from the artists themselves. Jean will be hosting two guest artists in her backyard, Woodworkers Courtney and Aryn Kern and Fiber artist Kathleen DeVries.

Discover Kyle Hendrix:

During the studio tour, Kyle will have is work on display in his back yard along with his guest artist Brett Roberts, a potter and educator from Waterford, WI.
